Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to the P1NK family. We want every order to be a great experience from start to finish.

Because our products are consumable beverages, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at Cheers@DrinkP1NK.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If we determine that your order was damaged, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for resolution, we may, at our discretion:

  • Issue a replacement
  • Issue store credit
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders reported outside the required reporting window
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal taste or preference
  • Products that were improperly stored after delivery
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we may contact you regarding re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
