Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, weather, and other factors outside our control.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
Once an order is placed, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
P1NK is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can review the issue.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
